The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Description
Begin roughly 50 feet left of Eff Eight behind a boulder. Climb up and right (V1) around a corner to reach an obvious right leaning ramp (V1). Walk up to the top of the ramp then climb the steeper face above to the top. V1: Start about 40 feet left of Eff Eight in a clump of bushes. Climb a Manzanita bush to reach the lower end of the obvious right leaning ramp.
