Per Julius Beres & Matt B: $2 timed entry permits issued by RMNP are definitely required if you arrive after 9a and before 3p.
Per Bob Siegrist: as of 6/11/20, the parking areas are no longer blocked off. RMNP is open.

Description
This enjoyable route is located on the NE side of Slot rock. The climbing is fairly straightforward for the grade and relies more on good foot work than powerful tugs. This is a good route to start or finish your day on, since there are no other routes in the area (Eds. it is now the middle of three routes).
