The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Description
This obscure old route somehow never made it into any of the guidebooks.
Scramble up to a ledge below the route and climb the runout face above passing a solitary bolt. Rap off using the anchors on Miss Weiner Tot.
