Description 

Macpherson Cirque is generally an ice and alpine area, although there are a few rock and mountaineering routes In the summer this is the access to the Homer Saddle and associated cliffs. Beware the snow field above the cirque and check with road works at the chapel to see if avalanche conditions are safe anytime of year.

Drive to the the Homer Tunnel. Look right!
