LOST: iPhone 5 in parking area for Franklin Gorge, WV

Somehow I must have left my iPhone 5 in or near the parking area for Franklin Gorge, WV. I left it there on the afternoon of 9/21/14. It would either be in the grassy area on the stream-side of the lot, just opposite the trailhead, or (if I put the phone on top of the car then drove) somewhere along the dirt road.

It's in a black OtterBox case.

I had it in airplane mode so I'm unable to determine whether it's still there (Find My Iphone shows no internet activity on it yet).

Would love to get it back and am willing to pay a reward.
