Looking for new partners

Looking for new serious and safe partners to help push my grade. I get up the lemmon 2-3 days a week. Breaking into 11 sport. Projecting up to 12b ish. Trad climbing I'm working on breaking into 9-10b. Multipitching, etc. Also want to work on aiding and self rescue. Mostly get up on weekdays but sometimes on the weekends too. Looking for someone at my level or more advanced to push me harder than my present partners. The more knowledge the better. I study a lot and am looking to learn as much as I can.
