Looking for apartment/home: Glenwood Springs

Hello,

My name is Dan, I am a climber and mountain biker from the midwest and was offered an internship position in Glenwood Springs area this summer. I am wondering if anyone has an apartment, room, or home available that I could lease or sublease from. I pay my bills on time, I clean when necessary (which is often because I don't like to live in a filthy environment). I also enjoy being outdoors and would gladly help around inside and outside a home. If you have a place available or know of someone with a place available, please get in contact with me asap.

We have a condo that will be available on May 1st. It's a 2BR, 2.5 BA, plus very large loft that can be a 3rd bedroom. Covered parking, 1600 sq ft, deck, convenient location, new carpet. We rent it for $1500/month. Let me know if you want more info.
