Looking for a trad partner

I have the gear (my rack is mostly completely, but I am still adding to it). I have mostly been rope soloing as none of my climbing friends want to do trad. I work in retail and do not have consistent days off so I'm probably looking for a few people to have as options when I do have a day off. I have been leading mostly 7's as I'm just starting with trad and would prefer someone around the same level so that I don't feel like I'm holding them back. I should be able to do most 8's and a few 9's currently, I just have been trying to keep to less busy crags because I'm slow moving when soloing. I've only been in the Denver area for a year and am looking to expand on my locations as well as my leading. I am also looking to get into some alpine, but mostly just close to Denver unless it's worth using vacation time for.
