Looking for a safe weekday partner - Front Range - prefer sport

I've currently found myself out of work so looking to take advantage of my time off to get some routes in on weekdays.

First and foremost I am looking for someone educated and safe...

I am finally recovered from a thumb injury that has keep me on lower grades - would gladly climb any easy grade to get outside but also looking to up things a little - I can still comfortably lead .9
