I will be working in Boulder for about 3.5 months from mid Feb and am looking for a chilled place to live, preferably with a climber :)
About me:
- I'm fully house trained and will pay rent on time.
- I make an excellent banana caramel cake.
- Will provide hours of entertainment as you mock my (endearing) Aussie accent.
- Don't have any pets, but don't mind if you do.

Furnished room with huge closet and view of mountains for rent in 3 bedroom townhome. S. Boulder/upper Shanahan Ridge. Shared bath with one other. Garage for toys. Adjacent to Boulder Open Space trails. On the SKIP route. Live with 2
others and a pug. I'm a nurse, rescue volunteer, trailrunner, climber, skier. Other is pro triathlete. I am not home a lot so prefer someone who likes dogs and can help with the pug. All utilities included. Month to month, short or long term, no lease or deposit.
$500/month. Available @ Feb 1st. |
