AZ...I drive from St. George down to Sedona a lot in season...out of Hurricane you drive through CO City on the border of UT-AZ, made infamous for a variety of reasons...past the the north entrance to the Grand Canyon, then descend to Vermilion Cliffs and Lees Ferry Crossing. Great remote country. First time I saw CA Condors in the wild. Def not a summer destination however.
