This little buttress is on the quartzite rock entrusion at the mouth of Little Cottonwood Canyon west of the granite. Definitely secluded and quite a hike, good quality quartzite routes await those who really want to "get away" from it all!

Lonely Bashie Buttress was along that huge ridge-like formation and I think we just got fatigued on a hot day and just did two 1 pitch routes on this pillar located about mid-height to the ridge line.
