The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Description
This is a large, oblong boulder with a slabby, less than vertical face which sits just off the approach trail. The other sides while shorter are vertical to slightly overhanging with nice patina edges. Problems here range from V0- to V5 although the majority are in the V3 and under range.
