Climbed at Lisa Falls a couple of days ago, a bunch of huge boulders and dirt have been washed down this spring and changing the bottom of the falls. Belay area for all the routes from the left side over to Rodan is underwater, mostly only about 6 inches to a foot. William Kramer

Climbing in Smuggler's Notch
Ahh...spring...

Bunch of materials moved around last summer after a big gully washer of a storm. Might be partly what's going on.
