High quality, compact limestone crag just west of Mangaotaki featuring long routes.
Getting There
Just west of the Mangaotaki incorporated area is Leitch's Road. From the Denize’s place, continue driving up the valley for ~1k until you reach a the roadon the left. Another 1k up the road and on your right is Alan Nicholson’s place (07) 877 8765. Call prior to visiting to request permission to climb there. The crag can be seen high up on the hill to your right. Ask at the house for permission to climb then slog your way up the hill. It may look a long way up, but the cliffs are at the same elevation as the rest of the cliffs in the valley.
