The crux and the opening move.
Add Photo Printer View
Description Pretty much a waste of time. This short route has a short crux right off the ground (5.8). Bushwack through trees on easier terrain to a short left-facing corner. The route deposits you at the base of Earnest Stemmingway. Continue up or walk off to the east.
Location Approach via the streamside trail. Begin just up from the the low point of the south end of the West Ridge, just east of a signpost.
Protection Standard rack.

| Might as well climb this on the way to Earnest Stemmingway.... Can't climb the CLASSICs everyday. |
