Steep thin face in the middle of Le Valchirie

Description

Surprisingly great route which glides up right of a large, jagged roof with a super steep finish.

Steep climbing leads to a thin face with delicate climbing over to the left facing corner. Pop up and right, follow weaknesses to the roofy steep finish, eyeballing the hanging belay anchor.

Clip in, lower off, and make your partner thread the rope! Blowing the change over may lead to Valhalla...

Location

On the left side of the sector, there's a deep cave like alcove. The Valkyries climbs the right side of this alcove.

6th route to the right from then left end of the sector. Located just left of Attenti al Gatto.

Protection

Bolted sport route.
