Las Estrellas is the third canyon on the east (left side as you walk in) side of the Potrero. The canyon is easily identified by a distinct white column in the very back of the canyon.
Cross the arroyo at the third canyon, scramble up some slabs and gain the trail.

Like most of the multipitch routes at Portrero the pros are getting 1200 feet off the deck while clipping bolts with stunning views. The downsides are loose rock and rattlesnakes.
