Labor Pains is the route located on the central portion of the Guillotine wall and begins on a precarious platform. Start at a jug with feet under the roof, pull up on crimps to a mantle move and follow crack systems to the top of the wall. The crux is low and not well protected.

Central part of Guillotine wall.

Not good down low, medium nuts and cams for the upper section.
