Access Issue: Climbing Regulations/Seasonal Raptor Closures Details

The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Description

Directly across from Split Personality Rock is this slabby west-facing wall named for Keith Bruckner. Routes here range from 5.7 to 5.10 with the best being Keith's Cruise (5.8) and Bruckner's Boogie (5.10b).

This is the rocky notch used on the upper approach to The Asylum, Joshua Tree NP . The approach takes 15-20 minutes from the closest parking area.
