Description Suggest change

Kali Nikta, goodnight in Greek, is an alternate first pitch for Nightmare, the route just to the right which continues to the top. There's lots of pebble pinching on this one as you climb a subtle runoff groove to a large circular depression 45m off the deck.

You must bring double ropes to get down from this route. The first pitch is 45m. You will not be able to get down on a single rope.

Listed as VI- under the UIAA system.

Location Suggest change

The route follows a darkened runoff groove to a large circular depression on the north side of Doupianifels. The route starts just past the far right extreme of the large cave half the way up the rock.

Protection Suggest change

6 bolts up to a bolted rap anchor.
