Backstreet Boys climbing club
Hi there. I just moved to San Diego and I'm looking for a partner. For the time being, I am looking at about 2 nights a week at the gym with hopefully frequent weekend day trips outside. Sport/Trad/Bouldering, whatever...
I am living in Pacific Beach, so I think Solid Rock or Mesa Rim would be my gyms of choice...
I don't care how hard you climb. I've been in a high gravity period myself lately. Prefer someone who can lead belay.

Hi Greg, I'm a student at UCSD. I'm looking to go outdoors a bit more and check out new areas. I usually climb at Vertical Hold or the UCSD climbing gym. I'm down for pretty much anything - but if you have trad gear, I'd be super down to do that. Send me a PM if you're interested.

Hey Greg,

I'll be down in SD for 2 weeks, arriving June 10th. I'm leading sport up to 5.11a and am hoping to get some good routes ticked while I'm down south. Hit me up if you want to go out for a day during that time period.

Steorts' Ridge belay
Hey, Greg. I just moved from Portland also, about a year ago. I've been going to Mesa Rim with my girlfriend a couple times per week, but we've gotten outside to Mission Gorge and Joshua Tree occasionally.

I'm also in the partner-search mode, as I'd like to get more outdoor experience around here, especially multi-pitch. I'm not a crusher, and fairly conservative safety-wise.

Shoot me a message through Mountain Project, and we can connect up if you'd like.

I'll jump on this bandwagon. I just moved to Oceanside (from the SF Bay Area) about a month ago and am looking for a climbing partner too. I've slacked on climbing the last couple of months because of the move so I'm probably pretty weak right now but I have been climbing for a while (6 or so years) and can lead belay. I haven't made it outside in over a year, and I really miss real rock.

Anybody want to meet at Mt. Woodson this weekend? I go there quite often and am familiar with the area. It's a good place to check out new partners as the routes are short.
