First ascent was by Gene Larson. I'm not sure of the year, late 1980's I believe.

F.A. Paul Muehl & Pete DeLannoy around 1983 I believe... Before Gene Larsen started coming around here.

I have the FA listed as Paul Muehl, Gene Larson, and Howard Doyle, Aug. 4, 1984. Not sure which guide this info came from - maybe Tolle's? Take it with a grain of salt. Brent was around then, I was yet to be born.

As you know, Gene started the names of his routes with 'Just', which is why I thought he was in on it. I climbed with Paul and Gene for the first time in '86, I don't think that was the first year he was in the Needles.
