I realize there are a few partner calls on here for specific dates/routes, but I wanted to post up a general partner call.

I took off the summer to climb, and a big goal would be to get in some Sierra classics mid-week that are otherwise difficult to climb due to permits as a weekend warrior. Ideal would be someone willing to spend a few weeks up and down 395, picking routes and going for it.

I have no set schedule June through July, though will likely spend some more time bumming in the valley.

Gear wise, I have it all, good 2 person mountaineering tent, half ropes, singles, full rack, etc.

Experience wise: I'm a confident 5.8 valley/sierra climber, have lead some 9s but wouldn't label myself experienced there yet. 5.10 creek climber, and can follow up to low 10s around here. 28yo fwiw.

As for objectives, pretty much anything in Croft's the Good, the Great, and the Awesome would be up my alley. Definitely want to do some Whitney routes, stuff on Russell, possibly Palisade traverse, Temple Crag routes, etc. Not opposed to bagging 4th/low 5th peaks as well, but would be great to be able to do some harder stuff.

I'm 24 and live in Reno, looking to a bit of the same until I get a "big boy" job as I am finishing my graduate school work, and along with that comes the end of the stipend associated with my graduate assistantship. While I wouldn't be able to spend weeks on end with you down there due to some other commitments, I would gladly come down for particular trips. I will be working part-time through June (most likely Monday and Tuesday, maybe part of Wed) so that could really open things up pretty well.

For everyone posting here, I'm looking for someone to climb any eastside moderates June 8-14, and some odd dates the second half of june. I only lead 5.7 comfortably, and will follow up to 9s in the alpine environment. I've spent a lot of time on the eastside, am in shape and safe, and am down to squeeze in as much as possible. Sounds like you guys are all looking for a larger commitment, but if you are interested in meeting up for that week let me know.

Anybody want to meet up for W Ridge Conness June 9 or 10? I'd also be into doing something else in the area for a second day of climbing.
