The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Description

This is on a small formation about 50 yards to the right of Jaime's Rock. From the top of a boulder, step across into a flared crack, and then follow thin cracks to the top. There is a bolted anchor on top.
