Joes after rain

I'm headed to joes in a day or two and noticed it's supposed to rain tomorrow and tuesday. Do standard sandstone rules apply? Wait a few days til it dries out? I'm looking for someone to chime in and tell me joes' magic sandstone is impervious to water... I know its similar rock, but is Price a viable alternative?
