Description

This is a steep face climb, with longish reaches between good holds. Appearances suggest that a hold or two may have broke off, rendering the old rating of 5.10d when we climbed it, a bit short of today's rating. There is no recorded name of this route, so the current name represents who showed us this climb 17 years ago, John Gipson, who always seemed to come up with another gem of a route.

Location

After cresting the summit and heading downward through the antenna city, a couple of large propane tanks are encountered. Immediately left on the other side of the road, is a block building. Go up its walkway and continue past it (and a small ground level radar dish) into the bush steering right down a slippery eroded "trail."

Protection

Two bolts (visible in the photo)
