Looking down from the final anchor on Jewel of the...

Mountain Project continues to expand with Hiking Project, and we're giving away loads of gear from Arc'Teryx, Superfeet, & Zeal. Check it out!

Description

Start as for Longtail Boatman (5.4), at the left toe of the long, right-trending ramp. Climb up and right along the right-trending ramp past eight bolts to an anchor. The crux is near the top of the route. This route can't easily be cleaned on rappel because it diagonals so far to the right.

Location

Start as for Longtail Boatman (5.4), at the left toe of the long, right-trending ramp.

Protection

Eight bolts protect this 30 meter route. Rappel or lower from a two bolt anchor with at least a 60 meter rope.
