I've seen cartridges that would fit that stove in Barcelona...

On my way back from a month in Spain with a jetboil. You can definitely get canisters there.

Barrabes is like the REI of Spain, and I recall that they only sold cannister fuel.

It was kind of funny because we expected that an outdoors store could help us get white gas for our Whisperlite. Apparently nobody in Europe uses liquid fuel. They sold one liquid fuel stove at the store and when we asked where you would get fuel the guy shrugged and said maybe in the Himalayas. We ended up using gasoline.

I've seen white gas for sale in mountain shops in the UK and Italy, but it was many times the unit cost of a gallon can of Coleman here in the US. MSR and Coleman both sell cartridges in Europe with the same threading as the jetboil cartridge, but they can be hard to find.

Here's a resource for finding different kinds of fuel outside the US:
fuel.papo-art.com/ .

Does anybody know if I can get a Jetboil or something similar in Spain? I mean the actual jetboil with the burner and pot not just the canisters. If so, how does the price compare to prices in the US?

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
