a great place to keep up your crimp strength while you wait for the winter to descend...we spent the daytime hours here for a few weeks waiting for snow. cold, but it beats being in the overpriced and overhyped queenstown. gotta do something between drunken debauchary.
Getting There
travel the 6 south like you're going to the remarkables ski area...drive past the 'exit' for the ski slopes, after about 5 minutes you'll see an unmarked gate on your left with an unmistakeable sprinkling of boulders.
