yep
Trying to figure out if heading to France for a climbing trip in October would be good temperature-wise. We'd be there for most of the month and are looking at hitting Verdon George and Buoux. Likely visiting other spots as well but these are the two we know for sure at the moment.

Once we landed we headed to Font to find a place to stay for the night before doing a day of wine tasting and heading to Buoux.
While both might be doable, my experience was that Buoux was still too hot and the Verdon was too cold. Ceuse was great, you just had to follow the sun instead of the shade. We had friends that were at Gorge du Tarn at that time as well and we hit Siurana later which I remember being good. Rodellar would likely be excellent.

The spanish crags would be perfect then, Margalef, Rodellar, and Sadernes (closest to the french border, great 5.11 to 12 climbing).

Just to hijack, what about Font in late October/November? When do the spanish crags start getting chilly?
