The view west from Burbage North

Description

This idyllic valley has a number of fine venues for both trad climbing and bouldering. It is one of the closest edges to Sheffield so it can be busy even on a weekday evening, but for good reason.

The climbs at Burbage South are world class in technical difficulty, and boldness. All the climbs atSouthern Quarry - The Cioch are classics, although not many will be able to enjoy them - sit back and savor the atmosphere.

Getting There

Easily reached from Hathersage the valley can be approached form the North or South.
