Burbage West

Description 

This is a small area of mainly bouldering, close to the parking lot. The crag faces mainly east and gets early morning sun, and evening shade.

One of the best problems is West Side Story.

Getting There 

Going East through Hathersage on the A6187, take a left turn onto School Lane. Keep right passing the Scotsman Pack pub (you can enjoy that on the way home), and head up the narrow lane (The Dale) out of the village. Follow this for about 2 miles until Stanage Edge is clearly visible. Take the right fork to miss Stanage and continue along Cam Heights. After 1 mile the road swings around to the right, and Burbage North is clearly visible. Just before the bridge park up in the parking lot.

The crag is immediately south of the parking lot.
