[Just posted this in the Southern Utah forum, then realized it's a trip report of a sort. Consider this my post introducing myself to the mountainproject community]

While freezing my butt off back home in Massachusetts over New Years, I finally got around to editing the last of my IC footage into a short music video.

It's a couple of minutes of pure desert goodness. Lemme know what you think!

Dreaming of desert splitters,

Man that crack looks like it takes a lot of work. Nice effort. Also

great editing and beautiful scenery. I'm itchin' to get out there again. Say... weather we like it or not, the consensus is technomusic. Sorry.

Yup, it's really tough. Last trip was my best run on it -- 1 fall. I screwed up by trying to place gear after the last hand traverse. I should have just pushed through and done the move. The climb is over after that.

Hmm, what do you mean by this consensus thing?

I'm jokin about the tecno music. Its a lingering laugh about a prior thread-inside joke I guess. My rave days are OVER.
I'm going to watch the video again.

Nice climb! But being an old trad' fart who love heavy metal, I'd appreciate just seeing the real footage, full screen view of the climbing video without all the fancy postcard' style edit things. Even some camera mike chatter, if there was any. Just my preference, but any way you look at it that's a fine route and good quality footage.

Woodchuck,

I've got about 6 minutes of the worst, jittery, low quality video of me climbing Way Rambo from my first attempt back in April. I posted it on youtube right after getting home...

I must warn you that the only comment the video has garnered in the ≈10 months it's been online is "Most boring Rambo movie yet". If you watch it and your brain explodes -- don't take it out on me!
