Index, WA Climbing Accident on 9/9/2012

I had a climbing accident at Index on September 9, 2012 and I broke both of my feet. I was carried to the parking lot by a guy named Josh (I believe). Josh is a mountain guide that works out of Jackson, WY and Alaska as well.

I'm hoping to get in touch with Josh and tell him about my situation and to thank him. Any information helping me get in touch with him would be greatly appreciated!

I was on Aires. I fell off the ledge between the first offwidth-esque crack and the finger crack slab.
