Identifying a route on Cliff Drive, Michigan

I was out in the Ice Fall area of Cliff Drive. I know a lot of the climbs are marked with a blue carabiner spray painted on trees. I was about halfway between Batteries not Included and Lie Detector when I saw a tree marked near a big slab. Is there any info on this route; it's not listed in the guide.

Also, is there any info on the boulders south of the Ice Fall area?
