Lichen head. Me, with my usual weatherbeaten, lichen covered look from scrubbing a new route.

While we are at it, how is the approach to the top of the Main Cliff via Orange Crush? Is it all iced in or passable without crampons? I haven't been up there all winter.

The ice? Gone soon, I hope.

I would guess most of the ice at Rumney is out by now. I was there two weeks ago and most of it was vertical slush by 10am, it had just been too warm. It's been cold the last two weeks, but with nearly four days of sun this week and temps in the upper 20s-mid 30's, I'd guess anything there is a baked, funky mess. It just gets too much sun.
