Ice Climbing in the Eastern Sierras

I'm trying to get into ice climbing, relocated to Bishop, CA earlier this year. Left all of my ice buddies in AK. I have tools, crampons, and boots and can belay. I have rock lead experience, but am not ready to lead ice. If anyone wants to meet up and climb some ice with a novice, please let me know. Very serious about this, and looking for someone friendly and willing to teach. I'll buy my own screws when I find someone to go with. My wife is also interested in learning.
