The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Description
An easy ramp leads to a ten foot long steep face that's the crux. The lone bolt is rather low, so there is a potentially bad fall on the crux. The moves are steep and balancy.
