Does anyone have any info on the bouldering around Humphreys ledge. Are there anhy good v2-3 problems? Or whats the best bouldering in the v2-3 range in/around north conway
Bouldering is pretty low priority in the valley and recording it even less so, so if you are looking for route names and maps and such you will be disappointed. That said, most of the easily accessible boulders (and there are many) have been climbed in some form for decades. Especially at the lower grades.
In addition to Humphrey's, I'd check out the base of Whitehorse (follow the first trail left when you enter as if going to the S. buttress and boulders will rapidly appear) and Jockey Cap. You will be cleaning and exploring at Whitehorse but it has always seemed to me that the bouldering in there was worth devoting time to (though I have never really gotten around to it).
If you don't want cleaning and exploring, then Jockey Cap might be your best bet. I've never bouldered there but the boulders are easy to find and I think there are several problems in the grades you are looking for.
As far as Humphey's goes if you walk in and head left you will immediately encounter boulders with problems in the V2-3 range.
