seems like i could have a pulley injury...still assessing the situation. If you were me...how would you train in the meantime?

Don't really want to use the finger, so...thinking about some o/w training, bumping up the general fitness, any suggestions??

Core.

Hand cracks can be do-able with tendon injuries, too, depending on how your technique is.

Core. Cardio. Endurance sessions on easier terrain: slopers/jugs.

If you ride a bike, do it on the road. The constant feathering and grabbing of brakes on a mountain bike really hurt me.
