How-to-videos...looking for feedback from novices

Howdy, I was hoping some 'newer' climbers could take a look at some videos that I've been working on and offer feedback. I've produced each video to help my students prepare for advanced mountaineering courses and as a definitive reference for folks working in the industry.

All videos are technically sound (they've been reviewed and endorsed by multiple certified guides) so I'm not looking for feedback on whether you think it's 'safe' or not, but I would like to know if the information is easy to understand, digest and employ. That is, can you get out a rope and some gear, watch the vid, press pause when necessary, and build each system? If you can, that means we've been successful thus far!

feedback from someone not familiar with the techniques shown:

one of the thing on "how to" videos that throws my head for a loop, especially if its a new subject is when I have to imagine things. . It is always easier to learn when you are in a setup of the real situation. So like on the 3-1 and 5-1 haul videos you set it up I think as a real situation.. so I was able to watch and learn and could possibly repeat in a practice setup. (though I did notice 2 different ropes, so i dont know if this is standard or not)

on the munter video, i had to imagine which end of the rope was what, which made it harder to conceptualize. hope that helps

Neyma, Thanks for the feedback. I never considered explaining where the ends of the rope are. I also figured it would be implied that because the Reverso was in there, folks would know that it was a top-belayed scenario. But that's great to know.

Anyone else? Was anyting else unclear? Did the concepts make sense?
