How to flag spam users
|
Just wondering how you flag a spam user if they haven't posted anything yet? If you look at the recently posted photos, the first page has like 15 different (probably the same person) photos that are just logos for some company that the user's profile links to. |
|
Please include a link to any one of them and we'll take care of it ASAP. |

Nick - have you thought about using Google's reCAPTCHA on the sign up form? |

Nathan D Johnson wrote:Nick - have you thought about using Google's reCAPTCHA on the sign up form?Yes, we use that (actually on the confirm email form, which is required before posting). We use several other methods to detect spammers, but these ones have been getting through. I think they might actually be humans, which is virtually impossible to stop. |

Maybe you just need to filter based on anyone who says that they are a 45 year old male. That should get rid of about 75% of them;) |
