How do I edit ticks?

I put the wrong date on some of my tick list. How do I edit these entries?

There should be a little garbage can icon next to each of your ticks. Click the icon to delete the tick and then resubmit it with the proper date.

Has the process for editing or deleting ticks changed? I see no garbage can icon.

Is there a way to hide ticks / keep your ticks private?

Just be sure to brush them off when you're done. ;)
