Description Suggest change

Cottrell's guide calls this little face Hispaniol Rock. The two routes are the obvious cracks in the otherwise blank looking face. They're also showing stubble since they don't get the constant cleaning of many climbers like at Bucks Bar Dome.

The left crack is Michelle 5.9.

The right crack is Baby Doc 5.11. It was partially blocked by a small tree as of 2014.

Both look like the crux is off the ground, followed by low angle easier terrain after clearing the steep starts, similar to the Struggler Cliff.

At this northern end of the current routes, you can glimpse other potential for development upstream (with more yet hidden from view at this low vantage point).

Getting There Suggest change

From the bottom of the main area of Bucks Bar Dome, follow a mostly level dirt trail north-northeast until it peters out. I had to step over a tree to get there in 2014. On the left is Hispaniol Rock.
