Description

This monstrous boulder/highball is directly to the right (when facing) of "Allegory of the Cave". Walk through the deep, dark "cave"-like overhang tunnel. When you see the vertical, blank-looking, highball arête, this is the High Water boulder. It continues around the corner as well. "Hell Or High Water" climbs the bold arête corner in the cave/room.
