Description 

Climb horizontals and mantle onto a small ledge to clip the high first bolt. Move left using thin edges to a balancy clip and move up and left to a good horizontal crack. Continue up to a balancy stand-up move between the 3rd and 4th bolt and then finish with scoops and edges.

The name is a take-off on Traffic's 1971 release The Low Spark Of High-Heeled Boys.

Location 

Just right of a wide crack - More Moss than Gloss on the left side of a steep slab.
