HH Bennett's photo of Climber on Cleo's

When I first came across this photo I was amazed. Bennett was taking these photo's 1880-1900. Think about it, if this man actually free climbed Cleo's it may have been one of the 1st 5.4's in the country.

Don't want to cause an arguement....just friendly discussion. But what in the photo causes you to think it might be doctored?

Just kidding,,, seems so ahead of its time to see him atop Cleo's without current climbing gear.. thus a 'photoshop' which of course was not available back then. An outstanding shot, amazing that anyone got atop there without ladders, etc.
