Description 

A prominent 35ft spire right off the GSL trail with good moderate lines. There is potential for more difficult routes on the overhanging back side.
This spire is right off the GSL trail so on busy days you will have hikers stop and watch.

The rock is generally pretty good, although this climb needs further cleaning from future ascents.

Getting There 

From the GSL trail head, hike about a mile up the trail until you come around a corner and see Hermit's Spire on your right. If you reach Red Star Ridge, you've gone too far.
