Start on the left side and climb up the arete. until you can transition onto the face, there are many different variations.
5.9 variation: Stem the block on the left before exiting onto the face.
Left side of the Spire's arete which faces the trail.
Top rope. Scramble up the backside ridge of the spire. Two large 20+ft slings around the top should do, but make sure they can't slide up! I placed some nuts to keep the slings from slipping over the top.
